Clark Phillips III

Football, University of Utah

A quarterback’s worst enemy, Clark Phillips III is an instinctive cornerback, who helped Utah Football win its second-straight Pac-12 title and earn a return trip to the Rose Bowl.

Phillips became an immediate starter during his true freshman year. He declared for the NFL Draft after three seasons, 110 tackles, nine interceptions, and four pick-six returns.

Phillips is the first Jim Thorpe Award finalist in program history and only the fourth Ute to earn unanimous All-American status (Associated Press, Sporting News, Walter Camp, FWAA, CBS Sports, and The Athletic).
