Street League Skateboarding & Tony Hawk's Vert Alert

The Utah Sports Commission, Street League Skateboarding (SLS), Tony Hawk Inc., and Vans partnered on an incredible weekend of skateboarding at the Utah State Fairgrounds, featuring the SLS Championship Tour and “Tony Hawk's Vert Alert.” Following skateboarding’s Olympic debut in Tokyo 2020, Salt Lake City hosted a hand-selected field of the world’s best street and vert skateboarders, including Tony Hawk.

Days of ’47 Rodeo

Celebrating the modern-day pioneer spirit and Utah’s forefather’s rich western heritage, Days of ’47 Rodeo is one of the longest-standing traditions. These days commemorate history – July 24, 1847 – when a determined company of Mormon pioneers realized their dreams upon entering the Great Salt Lake Valley.
