Utah: The State of Sport
Since 2000, the Utah Sports Commission and its partners have helped transform Utah into a global hub for sport and entertainment. With an estimated economic impact of more than $4 billion and over 1,200 sporting events hosted and counting, Utah proudly lives up to its nickname.
Utah Championship presented by Zions Bank & Intermountain Health is one of the longest-running stops on the Korn Ferry Tour – the path to the PGA TOUR.
The annual Governor’s State of Sport Awards celebrates Utah’s athletic excellence through the recognition of standout athletes, teams, coaches, events, and sports icons.
