Bringing creativity and adrenaline to the heart of Salt Lake City, the 2025 Red Bull Soapbox Race transformed the Utah State Capitol grounds into a playground of imagination, speed, and spectacle.

Fifty-one teams from across the country raced a one-mile course at speeds of up to 30 mph. With the event drawing more than 50,000 fans, many perched on trees, street signs, and balconies to catch every daring run. Kanab’s Team Desert Rats & Fievel Gone West took top honors, followed by North Salt Lake’s The Billy Groats & The Troll’s Bridge and Salt Lake City’s The Seussual Suspects & The Cat in the Hat Can Go Faster Than That.

From memorable cart mishaps to gravity-defying moves, Red Bull Soapbox Race Utah was a full-throttle celebration that left the community buzzing long after the finish line.
