Coming out of retirement at the encouragement of her husband, Noelle set her sights once again on her Olympic dream. In the two years leading up to the Olympics, she dominated the national and international competitions finishing on the podium 29 of 32 times. In February 2014, with her husband and children waiting for her at the finish line, Noelle won the Silver Medal in skeleton at the Sochi Olympic Winter Games with a four-run time of 3:53.86.
