Branden Carlson

The most significant puzzle piece in the rebuild of Utah’s basketball team, Branden Carlson anchored the Runnin’ Utes to their first winning record since 2019-20.

A two-time All-Pac-12 selection, Carlson led the team with 16.4 points, 7.5 rebounds, and 2.0 blocks last season, while shooting nearly 50% from the field. The center finished with a 22-game double-digit scoring streak—including three-straight double-doubles to end the year.

In the 2023-24 season, the fifth-year senior is sporting a record-breaking career year, becoming the only Pac-12 player to score 1,500 points, grab 700 rebounds, record 200 blocks, and dish out 100 assists.
